There are two aspects that determine the COST of new dentures: The first is the teeth. The teeth fall in to three categories, HIGH QUALITY - AVERAGE - ECONOMY The two areas of concern when deciding which type of teeth to put in to your denture are: COLOR STABILITY - How long will the "shade" of the teeth remain constant? Will they begin fading quickly due to food/coffee/tea stains? This will occur more quickly with economy teeth vs. High quality. DURABILITY - How long will the teeth maintain there original shape? How quickly will they wear-down due to normal usage? They will wear more quickly as economy teeth vs. High quality The second aspect in COST is the denture-base. The denture base is the "pink" underlying material that is traditionally associated with dentures. It's the part of the denture that touches your gums and supports the teeth. We choose to use only the highest quality denture base for all dentures. Whether making an "Economy" or a "High Quality Denture, we always use the strongest of denture bases available on the market.
